Linde RX60

• The RX60 electric series answers the call for an electric forklift that can do the job of a diesel/propane engine truck in the 8,000 to 10,000 capacity range.
• With an AC motor configuration, an 80 volt super-duty power system, an optional cab enclosure, solid pneumatic tires, these trucks combine the speed, power, run time and outdoor capability of a 4-wheel pneumatic diesel/propane truck with the mission free operation of an electric.
• The maintenance interval of the RX 60 is 1000 operating hours or 12 months, the highest in the industry. These intervals save time and maintenance costs.
• Electrical regenerative braking feeds up to 15% of the motor’s driving energy back to the battery when the accelerator pedal is released. This energy-saving feature can lengthen operating cycles by as much as 1.5 hours. Interim battery charging, or even changing, is often not necessary.
• Regenerative braking also reduces wear rate of the friction brake linings by 90%, significantly reducing maintenance costs.
• Extended run times up to 3 shifts in some applications without recharging.
• The RX60’s side battery change can be carried out using a hand pallet truck, low lift pallet truck or forklift truck. This not only gives significant time savings compared to a conventional hoist, but makes the battery changing operation much safer.
